### **12. Staff**

The "Staff" section is dedicated to managing staff members within the application. It provides a range of features to facilitate staff administration.

#### **12.1 Search Staff**

Users can efficiently search and access staff member details within the application. This feature streamlines the process of locating and managing staff profiles.

#### **12.2 New Staff**

Administrators can add new staff members, expanding the team or replacing outgoing staff.

The staff creation process involves adding new staff members to the application. To create a new staff profile, administrators can follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the "Staff" section: Access the "All Staffs" management area from the left menu, typically located in the admin dashboard.
2. Click on "New": Look for the "New" button to initiate the staff creation process.
3. Enter Staff Details: Fill in the following details for the new staff member:
   * **Name:** Enter the staff member's full name.
   * **Email:** Provide the staff member's email address, which may serve as their login identifier.
   * **Phone Number:** Include the staff member's contact phone number.
   * **Password:** Set a secure password for the staff member's login credentials.
   * **Default Country:** Specify the default country associated with this staff member.
   * **Role:** Select the role for the staff member, designating them as either a "Staff" or an "Administrator." This role assignment determines the staff member's level of access and responsibilities within the application.
4. Save the Profile: Once all the necessary details are entered, save the new staff profile. This action will confirm the addition of the staff member to the system.

#### **12.3 Edit Staff**

Existing staff profiles can be edited to accommodate changes in roles, password, country or contact information.

#### **12.4 Delete Staff**

Administrators have the authority to remove staff members from the system when necessary, whether due to staff departures or role changes.

#### **12.5 Status Setting Turn On/Off**

Administrators can manage the status of staff profiles, activating or deactivating them as required to reflect their current employment or activity status.
