### **5.2 Bundle Products** 

Bundle products are created by grouping together existing products or specific product variation combinations available within a given country. Administrators can easily generate new bundle products by selecting the components to include in the bundle.

* **Country-Specific:** Bundle products are specific to individual countries, ensuring that administrators can tailor bundles to different markets and regions.
* **Special Pricing:** During bundle creation, administrators can assign a special price to the bundle product.
* **Bundle Stock:** Bundle stock levels can be customized to reflect the quantity of the bundle available for purchase.
* **Purchase Quantities:** Minimum and maximum purchase quantities can be configured, defining the allowed range for customer orders.
* **Image Customization:** Administrators can select a thumbnail image and gallery images for the bundle product to enhance its presentation and visual appeal.

#### **5.2.1 Search Bundle Products**&#x20;

In this module, administrators can search and locate existing bundle products. This tool helps in quickly finding bundle products based on various search criteria.

#### **5.2.2 Add New Bundle Product**&#x20;

Administrators can create new bundle products using this feature. A bundle product can include several individual items, and the admin can define the quantity and pricing for each component.

The "Add" feature empowers administrators to add products with comprehensive details:

**Product Information**

* **Name (English):** Enter the name of the bundle product in English.
* **Name (Arabic):** Provide the name of the bundle product in Arabic.
* **Minimum Purchase Qty:** Customers need to purchase a minimum quantity of this product. The minimum should be 1.
* **Maximum Purchase Qty:** Define the maximum quantity a customer can purchase for this product. Set it to 0 for unlimited.
* **Select Products:** To create the bundle product, you must select at least 2 products from the list of available products.

**Product Price & Stock**

* **MRP Price:** Specify the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) of the bundle.
* **Offer Price:** Define the special offer price for the bundle.
* **SKU:** Assign a unique SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) for the bundle.
* **Stock:** Indicate the available stock quantity for the bundle.

**Product Images**

* **Thumbnail Image (300x300):** Upload a 300x300 pixel image, which is visible in all product boxes. Ensure there is some blank space around the main object to accommodate various device displays.
* **Gallery Images (600x600):** Upload multiple 600x600 pixel or higher resolution images for the product's gallery. However, keep the file sizes low to maintain fast page loading.

**Product Discount**

* **Discount Date Range:** Select the date range for the product discount.
* **Discount(%):** Define the discount percentage applied to the bundle.

**Product Description**

* **Description:** Enter the product description in available languages.

**Product Status:** Set the status of the bundle product (published or draft).

**Product Category:** Assign the bundle to one or more product categories&#x20;

**Search Tags:** Enter keywords that will be used for product search.

**VAT & Tax:** Specify the applicable VAT and Tax details for the bundle product, for example SGST(9.00%) and CGST(9.00%).

#### **5.2.3 View Bundle Product**&#x20;

The "View Bundle Product" feature allows users to inspect the details of bundled products, including their stat, components, special pricing, stock levels, and associated images. It offers a comprehensive overview of the bundle product's configuration.

* **Product Stat:**
  * **Reviews:** Gain valuable insights from customer reviews, providing an understanding of the product's quality and performance.
  * **Wishlist:** Discover how many times users have added the product to their wishlists, indicating their interest in it.
  * **Total Sold Count:** See the total quantity of the product that has been successfully sold to customers.
  * **In Cart Count:** Observe how many times the product is currently in users' shopping carts, reflecting active interest.
  * **Stock Count:** Understand the current inventory level of the product, indicating the available quantity.
  * **Pooling Stock (Orders Pending):** Get an overview of orders placed but not yet fulfilled, which aids in effectively managing order processing.
  * **Sold Amount:** View the total monetary value generated from sales of this product.
  * **Product Discount**
    * **Discount Date Range:** Date range for the product discount.
    * **Discount(%):** Discount percentage applied to the bundle.
* **Product Data (For Each Variant Combination):**
  * Access detailed sales information for every variant combination, including price, stock, and SKU.
* **Stock Update Log:**
  * Review a comprehensive record of all stock updates for the bundle product. This log provides a historical perspective on stock changes.
* **Product Status:**
  * Understand the current status of the bundle product, whether it's published and available for purchase or unpublished and temporarily hidden.
* **Assigned Categories:**
  * See the product categories to which the bundle product has been assigned. This categorization helps users find it more easily.
* **Minimum Purchase Qty:**
  * Determine the minimum quantity a customer can purchase. This sets the threshold for orders.
* **Maximum Purchase Qty:**
  * Define the maximum quantity a customer can purchase, ensuring control over bulk orders.
* **Tax:**
  * Access tax details for the Bundle product, including applicable tax categories and rates.
* **Product Description and Gallery Images:**
  * This section provides a comprehensive overview of the bundle product's description and gallery images, enhancing the visual and informational presentation.

#### **5.2.4 Edit Bundle Product**&#x20;

Administrators can make adjustments to existing bundle products, such as adding or removing product components, updating special pricing, modifying stock levels, and revising image selections. The "Edit Bundle Product" option provides a straightforward method for managing bundle products.

#### **5.2.5 Delete Bundle Product**&#x20;

Administrators have the capability to remove bundle products when they are no longer relevant or available. Deleting a bundle product effectively removes it from the application's offerings.

#### **5.2.6 Status Setting Turn On/Off**&#x20;

This feature enables administrators to activate or deactivate bundle products as needed. When a bundle product is set to "On," it is available for purchase and display. If "Off," the bundle product is temporarily hidden from users.
