#### **5.4.2 View Review**&#x20;

Dive into the details of specific reviews. Understand what customers are saying, their ratings, and their overall experiences with your products.

In this section, administrators can:

* View all product ratings and comments under "Products" > "Reviews".
* Access product-specific ratings and reviews.
* Enable or disable product reviews, giving you control over customer feedback.
* Please note that ratings and reviews are specific to individual countries. The rating for one country may differ from the rating of another

#### **5.4.2.1 Sort Reviews**&#x20;

Streamline your review management by sorting reviews based on different criteria. You can categorize them by:

**5.4.2.2 Status Setting Turn On/Off**&#x20;

Control the visibility of reviews with this feature. When "On," reviews are visible to customers, helping build trust. When "Off," you can temporarily hide reviews for specific products or services.
