### **6.1 Coupons:**

The "Coupons" section of the application is a comprehensive toolset for creating, managing, and tracking coupon-based promotions. Coupons are an effective way to incentivize purchases, reward customers, and drive sales. This section includes several key functions:

#### **6.1.1 Search Coupons:**&#x20;

Users can efficiently search for and locate existing coupons within the application. This feature streamlines the process of finding and managing different types of coupons, from discounts to special offers.

#### **6.1.2 Add New Coupon:**&#x20;

Coupon Menu can be found under the Marketing section, specifically in the "Coupons" subsection. This feature allows administrators to create and provide offers using coupons, and it is specific to individual countries. Coupons generated in one country are not available in another country.

All coupon offers are based on percentage-wise discounts and are applicable over the total cart amount. Admins have the ability to set the following parameters for each coupon:

When creating a new coupon, administrators can specify the following details:

* **Name :** Provide a name for the coupon in available languages. This name will help identify the coupon.
* **Description :** Include a description of the coupon's offer or purpose in available languages
* **Banner:** Administrators can upload a banner image for the coupon. This image can be visually appealing and relevant to the coupon's offer.
* **Upload Icon:** Optionally, administrators can upload an icon that represents the coupon. Icons can enhance the visual recognition of the coupon.
* **Offer Percentage:** Define the percentage of the discount or offer that the coupon provides. For example, if the coupon offers a 20% discount, enter "20."
* **Min Purchase:** Set the minimum purchase amount required for customers to be eligible for this coupon. Define this amount in the application's base currency.
* **Max Redeem:** Specify the maximum mount for this coupon can be redeemed.
* **Coupon Code:** Administrators can manually set a coupon code that customers must enter during the checkout process to apply the coupon.
* **Coupon Count:** Define the total number of coupons available for this promotion.
* **Validity:** Select a date range that defines the coupon's validity period. This period indicates when the coupon can be applied.
* **Status:** Administrators can set the coupon's status to "Publish" to make it available for users to apply during checkout. If the status is set to "Disable," the coupon is temporarily unavailable for use. Additionally, users have the option to set the status to "Draft" to save the coupon for later modification or publication.

#### **6.1.3 View Coupon Stat:**&#x20;

n the "Coupon Stat" section, administrators can access valuable statistics and details regarding coupons. This information is essential for tracking the performance and utilization of different coupons in the system.

* **Coupon Name:** This field displays the name of the coupon.
* **Coupon Code:** Here, the unique coupon code assigned to the coupon is shown.

Under "Coupon History," administrators can review the following coupon-related statistics:

* **Count:** This column indicates the total count of the coupon.
* **Used:** It displays the number of times the coupon has been used.
* **Total Redeemed:** This column provides the total number of times the coupon has been redeemed by customers.

In the "Coupon History" table, administrators can delve into detailed information on coupon usage:

* **SN (Serial Number):** This column lists serial numbers for tracking and reference.
* **Date:** The date on which the coupon was used is displayed.
* **Customer:** The customer's name is shown in this column.
* **Mobile:** This field provides the mobile number of the customer.
* **Total Cart Amount:** It reveals the total cart amount at the time of coupon use.
* **Redeemed:** The "Redeemed" column showcases the coupon's usage status.

#### **6.1.4 Edit Coupon:**&#x20;

Admins have the flexibility to make adjustments to existing coupons, such as changing the discount percentage, modifying the minimum purchase value, updating the maximum redeem value, altering the coupon code, or extending the validity period. The "Edit Coupon" option provides a straightforward method for managing coupons.

#### **6.1.5 Delete Coupon:**&#x20;

When a coupon is no longer relevant or applicable, administrators can remove it from the system. Deleting a coupon effectively eliminates it from the available promotions within the application.

#### **6.1.6 Status Setting Turn On/Off:**&#x20;

This feature allows administrators to activate or deactivate coupons as needed. When a coupon is set to "On," it is available for users to apply to their orders. If set to "Off," the coupon is temporarily unavailable for use.
