* **Search Customers Chat Conversations:** Users can efficiently search and access customer chat conversations to provide responsive support and assistance.

* **8.2.1 Reply to Chat:** Administrators can easily respond to customer queries, offering timely support and assistance to address concerns or provide information. This promotes efficient and productive communication with customers, enhancing their overall experience.

**Additional Chat Features:**

* **One-on-One Chat:** Admins can engage in one-on-one conversations with customers for personalized support.
* **Login Requirement:** Only logged-in users can access and participate in chat conversations.
* **Admin Away Email Notification:** Email notifications are sent to admin and staff when they are away from the application. This ensures that customer inquiries receive timely attention.
* **Chat History Maintenance:** The application retains chat history for six months, automatically erasing chats older than this duration to manage data usage efficiently.
* **Country-Based Support Chat:** Chat support is country-specific, meaning chat data in one country is not available in another.
* **Country-Specific Away Email Notifications:** Away email notifications are sent only to the corresponding country's admin and staff email addresses.
* **Chat List:** Admins can access a list of chat conversations.
* **Chat Details:** Clicking the "View" button allows administrators to start or continue a conversation.
* **Chat History Access:** Admins can view chat history going back six months.
