Tax Listing Interface

Configure a precise country-based tax system tailored to your specific needs. Within each country, you can establish multiple tax categories, each serving a distinct purpose. For instance:

  • Tax Category A: CGST 5%

  • Tax Category B: SGST 5%

  • Tax Category C: SGST 6%

  • Tax Category D: SGST 7%

This approach allows administrators to define tax structures that align with each country's unique tax regulations and requirements.

Administrators can assign multiple tax categories to a single product, ensuring comprehensive tax management. The Tax Menu is readily accessible via the left menu, providing quick access to all tax-related functionalities tailored to each country.

4.1 Search Taxes

Effortlessly locate and manage tax details using the "Search Taxes" function. This streamlined approach empowers administrators to swiftly access and oversee tax information for accurate financial record-keeping.

4.2 Add New Tax

Simplify tax management by adding taxes with ease. Just click on the top-right "Add Tax" button to introduce any number of taxes into your system, individually tailored to each country's tax regulations. This streamlined process adapts to your evolving financial requirements, ensuring accurate tax calculation for each location.

Admin need to fill these mandatory fields for adding tax.

  • Tax Category Name (e.g. GST, VAT)

  • Tax Label (English) (Other language column will be active for label)

  • Tax Percentage (e.g., 5%, 12%)

4.3 Edit Tax

Refine tax details with precision using the "Edit Tax" feature. This capability empowers administrators to modify tax information as per changing financial regulations or business needs. Only translatable fields are active while editing, rest assured that all tax information remains readily available for reference.

4.4 Delete Tax

4.5 Status Setting Turn On/Off

Exercise control over tax categories with the "Status Setting Turn On/Off" functionality. Administrators can enable or disable tax categories as per operational needs, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
